I'm jonesing for my next fix

Apologies for the short post today, but it's close to Christmas and life is crazy busy these days..

I have nothing to read. Seriously. Well, Ok, I should read my current WIP, but otherwise, I have nothing to read!

So help me out. I have put Incarceron and The Iron King on my list, both are YA titles recommened by Dear Author, but I don't have any romances. I would kill for a great literary title. I hear good things about Room.

Any suggestions?

Can someone help a girl out before I read the Zadist book the 98th time...

Have you read The Help yet? I loved that one. Also Spring Warren's Turpentine. You're going to look at the description of that one and think I'm nuts. A literary western with a male protagonist? Seriously, it's a wonderful book. You'll thank me.

I think you've already read the good ones I've read this year. Eileen, I gave my mom The Help for mothers day this year but she never mentioned it again. Must ask her if she ever read it. I've heard good things.

Have Steph send you her WIP. Not kidding.

I don't know how literary it is, but I've heard great things about Matched by Allie Condie. Just today I was trying to remember the title so I could tell someone this was the one at the top of my list.

Hey that Graceling book you loaned me is AMAZING! I was up waaaaaay too late last night reading it - you are going to go nuts for that book. I won't be done this weekend, but probably next...

Eileen - I am all over Turpentine!!

Eileen, I will definitely read the help and the idea of a literary western, well you had me at literary western.

And Steph, would love to read your book...

And JK, I've heard about Matched as well. I'm on a YA bend right now, so I'm adding it to my list.

Molly, forgot about that book. It had a great beginning, so glad the rest of it lives up to it.

My next book order is going to be huge. I love it.

Sinead - I would be happy to let you read my book, but only after I fix it.

Because after reading the Iron Duke - THANK YOU FOR THE SUGGESTION - I now see my book pales in comparison.

Iron Duke is next level.
