Greetings from Portland!

I'm in beautiful Portland for my baby to tour the Lewis & Clark campus to see if he wants to attend. I'm so happy for him and excited to find out how he likes the campus, but what I'm really excited about is that I will have a hotel room to myself for a solid four hours.

Yes. Four hours. Alone. In a hotel. For a writer behind on her manuscript, it's a little slice of heaven. No laundry. No cooking. No dishes. Just me and the computer. Well, and the internet.

Wish me luck.

Good luck Eileen - you get more production out of a hotel room than anyone I know.

Of course I mean writing production. You all got that I meant writing production :)

I feel that way about RT tomorrow night - it's me, the beginning of a novella and a hotel room for hours and hours...can't wait.

TWO babies in school????? How fast did the time go, Eileen?

Steph, you have nooooooo idea! ;-)

Molly, here's how it goes. Elementary school takes several eons. Seriously, they're in elementary school for like 30 years. Then junior high and high school go by in about three weeks.

OH, you might also ask how fast the savings account goes, too . . .

LOL about Steph's comment. :)

Good luck, Eileen! You're going to rock those four hours!
